Dạng Line graph (biểu đồ đường) là một trong những dạng hay gặp nhất của IELTS Writing Task 1. Trang này gồm cách nhận biết, dàn bài, lỗi hay gặp - và danh sách đề để bạn luyện ngay: bấm vào đề bất kỳ để viết và được chấm band, lỗi sai đánh dấu ngay trong bài.

Nhận biết dạng đề

Biểu đồ đường thể hiện sự thay đổi theo thời gian của một hoặc nhiều đối tượng.

Dàn bài 4 đoạn

1. Mở bài: Paraphrase đề, nêu khoảng thời gian.
2. Overview: Xu hướng chung (tăng/giảm/dao động) và đường cao nhất.
3. Thân bài 1: Diễn biến của nhóm đường thứ nhất, các điểm mốc quan trọng.
4. Thân bài 2: Nhóm còn lại, các điểm giao nhau hay đỉnh/đáy.

Mẹo để lên band

• Dùng đa dạng từ chỉ xu hướng: rose steadily, peaked at, plummeted, levelled off, fluctuated.
• Chú ý thì: quá khứ cho năm đã qua, is expected to cho dự đoán.
• Điểm giao nhau giữa các đường thường là chi tiết đáng nhắc.
