Dạng Opinion (Agree or Disagree) (nêu quan điểm) là một trong những dạng hay gặp nhất của IELTS Writing Task 2. Trang này gồm cách nhận biết, dàn bài, lỗi hay gặp - và danh sách đề để bạn luyện ngay: bấm vào đề bất kỳ để viết và được chấm band, lỗi sai đánh dấu ngay trong bài.

Nhận biết dạng đề

Đề hỏi To what extent do you agree or disagree? hoặc Do you think this is a positive or negative development? - bạn phải nêu rõ mình đồng ý đến đâu.

Dàn bài 4 đoạn

1. Mở bài (2 câu): Paraphrase đề, rồi nêu thẳng quan điểm: đồng ý hoàn toàn, phản đối hoàn toàn, hoặc đồng ý một phần.
2. Thân bài 1: Lý do chính thứ nhất ủng hộ quan điểm của bạn, giải thích và một ví dụ cụ thể.
3. Thân bài 2: Lý do thứ hai, hoặc nhắc tới quan điểm ngược lại rồi phản bác.
4. Kết bài: Nhắc lại quan điểm bằng cách diễn đạt khác. Không thêm ý mới.

Mẹo để lên band

• Quan điểm phải nhất quán từ mở bài đến kết bài. Đổi ý giữa chừng là mất điểm Task Response.
• "Đồng ý một phần" vẫn được, miễn là nói rõ đồng ý phần nào, không đồng ý phần nào.
• Mỗi đoạn thân bài chỉ một ý chính, phát triển cho sâu thay vì liệt kê nhiều ý.
